Problem: Your laptop keyboard defaults to Fn key combinations.
Solution: You need to press Fn+NumLk/NumLock combination to revert back to using the normal keyboard defaults.

1) Select “Show Missing Icon” under the “Notification Area” and tick the checkbox at “Disable SSDP and uPNP Services” and click “Apply” (see below).
2) Again, under “Notification Area”, select “Remove the Notification Area” and untick “Remove Notification Area” on the right (see below).
